Into the Weekend

When the weather heats up people spend the weekend in the coves and lagoons. Some on inboards, most in sailboats. The boats bob up and down in the night like fireflies on the water.
You hear the sound of laughter drifting over the bay......

  1. Hi Annie,
    And what a wonderful sound that is. I use to be an avid sailboat racer and cruiser. I miss it sometimes. I remember the sound of the sails and ocean it was beautiful. Hope your new place is coming along. Have a wonderful weekend.
    Hugs, Dru

  2. I love being near the water. We just returned from a trip and stayed on the edge of a harbor. I sat there for hours just watching boats coming and going.

  3. Hi Annie;

    I could take a comfy beach chair and set it by the bay and just quietly listen to the boats bobbing up and down and the laughter drifting over the bay. So peaceful and soothing. Hope your weather wasn't as bad as mine was this past week.

    Have a lovely weekend my friend. Hugs
