Just Another Manic Monday

Ordnance from the military base is shaking the house and I am not all that close to it either. All weekend, and all morning this morning so far. Ugh.. hate it.

The famous anonymous kid went camping in a state forest and my daughter has gone across the country to get a hospital up and running. It's what she does, she makes businesses work and she is much in demand to do just that.

I was up most of the night drawing.
I had gone to sleep at 9PM but by 1 AM  my back was hurting enough to wake me and I have to get up and let the nerves shift at that point.  So, I drew. Keeps me occupied and out of trouble.

 You can see what I sort of accomplished HERE.  I put up the unfinished drawing of a first century Jewish woman and also a  post of a photo I took of the frozen pond.
I also put up a new recipe for Lavender Lemonade HERE

I am thinking of going back to bed ....what are you going to do today?

  3. Hi Annie! You've been busy and creative! Love the drawing of the woman! I also love seeing lavender fields! Interesting what your daughter does... we have a relative who sets up hospitals, too, and he travels to places all over the world- like he was in Abbu Dhabi (just realized I don't know how to spell that) recently. Enjoy the week ahead and I hope they stop bombing near you! :D

    Reminds me... when Obama was in LA last week, a cessna was in his airspace and they sent F-15's to intercept him and it was right over where we live. The house shook like crazy and the pets all got scared!

  5. Hi Annie;

    I love learning more about your family. Your daughter's work must be very fulfilling. Your drawing is wonderful. I love all your art work. You and I are a lot alike in the way when I can't sleep I create graphics and drawings sometimes until the wee hours of the morning and I end up getting my sleep during the day. I gave up painting a long time ago.

    Feel better soon my friend. Hugs
