Black Eyed Susan

My black eyed Susans
Black eyed Susans are blooming like crazy under the front window.
They have been one of my favorite flowers since I was a child.  Behind a place where I lived there was a field full of them.
After a while these perennial plants take over and it's okay with me if they do.
I love their bright and cheerful faces.
Have a bright and cheerful weekend.

  1. Happy Friday Anne;

    I love black eyed Susan flowers. They used to grow wild around my property. Now I don't see any at all. They are such a pretty flower. Have a lovely day ahead my friend. Hugs

  4. Hi Annie! Susan was almost my name- my grandmother wanted that because of my dark eyes. Right after we got back from the fair, I saw a new report about a new strain of swine flu... wouldn't you know we had been in a tent with about a hundred pigs! Oy! Enjoy the weekend! (((Hugz)))
