Hey!

Hello... I am doing okay  and sorry for causing worry.
My internet company slowed down cable again to such an extent that doing anything on the computer was maddening and my week was filled with so many things and appointments that I was not able to sit at the computer long enough to post.  Because of my spine I have to balance sitting, standing, walking.
I am growing bone in my spine around the rods implanted to stabilize it where it was collapsing and I believe it takes a lot out of me.  Now I can see how it was for us all as kids growing.
In the afternoon I get very sleepy  and crave my ice cold glasses of milk!   Waiting for the internet which seemed as slow as dial up and sitting too long put me off posting.

Weather here was glorious yesterday.  Temperatures were in the 70's, humidity was minimal, sun was shining and skies were a lovely bright blue.
I had physical therapy in the late afternoon and it has been over a year now that I have been receiving pt.
My core strength continues to grow.  I need to be very strong in the legs and core to compensate for what my back will no longer do.

I will have this weeks meme up tomorrow and today I am  doing Toni's.

#09 I Say You Answer

1. Early Morn...you answer?  Quiet and coffee

2. Foggy Mist...you answer?   Take a walk, end up in Cafe Mozart for coffee and cake.
Van Gogh's Starry Night over the Rhone

3. Full Moon...you answer?   Werewolves are out! Get out your wolfsbane!

4. Starry Night...you answer?   Van Gogh painted a few of them.

  1. Hi Annie! I'm so glad that you're well! A lot of us were worried because you posted you weren't feeling well. That really stinks about your internet! It sounds like mine. :( Sometimes it's unusable. You and I were the only ones who actually said Van Gogh for Starry Night. My favorite paintings. Have a great evening! Hugs

  2. Hi Annie! Glad to see all is well with you and it was just an internet issue. Interesting that you crave milk- must be for that bone growing! Ryan & Jacob never drink milk- all they want is OJ. I still drink milk and also have it with my cereal. I like a cold glass of NF milk- with ice! :) (((Hugz)))

  3. Hi Annie; A lot of us breathe a sigh of relief knowing all is well in your neck of the woods. You were missed my friend. I still am a milk baby and my mom used to say, "drink your milk if you want your bones to grow and be strong." Never really believed it until now :-) Both you and Kim answered Van Gogh for Starry Night. I always thought of him as a bright colorful artist and had forgotten about that painting.
Looking forward to your meme tomorrow. Have a lovely evening my friend. Hugs

  5. Hi, Annie. Glad to see you posting. It is maddening when the internet connection speed is so slow. I'm not a fan of milk except in ice cream. I actually use almond milk in my cereal. It sounds like a very long process in bone growth. Have a lovely day. Looking forward to your meme.

  8. Glad you're doing okay, Annie! It's too bad that your internet connection is awfully slow at the moment. Anyway, I hope physical therapy is going well for you. Just make sure to limit performing strenuous activities and rest as much as you can for now. Also, feel free to drink as much milk as you can. It's great for bone growth and development. All the best to you! :)
