Garnet Sand

Do you see the pinkish strip of sand between the white sand and the water?
The part that is most pink is garnet sand. It is crushed garnets and every now and then you see these lovely layers of gem stone sand along the beach.
The Creator spares no expense in making the world beautiful!

Look at this gorgeous cut garnet from Zales jewelery  and then look at it spread across the beach.
Just amazing.

You can find Amethyst sands as well from time to time .

  1. That is amazing to me. I do not live on the ocean, so everything ocean is so interesting to me. Thanks for sharing. Have a nice Wednesday.
