Summer Hold Out

Mandevilla

Here is a 2nd post for today since the other one is long.
It was a homework assignment for the Famous Anonymous Kid and I just thought I would share it.

Anyway, here is a beautiful hold out from summer who, though tropical, refuses to allow the cold to deter her!
She is a lovely pink Mandevilla content to grow in my sandy soil and holding her own well into fall.

May we all take a page from her book on living and bloom beautifully for as long as we can.

  1. How beautiful! I love the pink. Since my soil is primarily soil, maybe this would grow for me. Have a blessed afternoon.

  2. I've never heard of that flower before, but it's a beauty!

The post before this was long, but worth the read. Thank you, Annie.
