Lily gets really excited when she hears it and just sits in the window moving her head up and down with the sound. It will be looking like Summer here soon. We usually warms up in Feb and DST is over in March. Have a wonderful rest of the day. Only today we will hit 50 degrees and then drop down to the 20's & low 30's the rest of the week. As for rhubarb pie, No. Strawberry rhubarb pie, Yes! Love your pie siggie too. ;-} HugsAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15530750.post-36203643350735101992013-01-29T20:30:41.531-05:002013-01-29T20:30:41.531-05:00Hi Annie! I guess the sweetness of the strawberry helps but I love tart things so I think I'd be okay with just rhubarb pie. I really wish we had cardinals here. We have so many birds year round but no cardinals. Our prettiest birds are goldfinches and the occasional oriole. Summer storms are also something we don't have in LA. Your post has now made me long for summer and I actually like winter. lol Last winter Dave bought me our Canary (Sunny) to help with my winter depression. I love hearing the birds in the spring and summer. So now I get to hear them chirping in the winter as well. It actually does help! I'm with you on rhubarb, I never liked it because of it being tart and stringy. I hope you had a great Tuesday. Thanks for your comment, btw. I hope Kris sees it and knows that there are people out there with common sense. :) HugsKimhttp://www.countryroads.menoreply@blogger.com
