Welcome to Sunday Stealing. This feature originated and published on WTIT: The Blog. Here we will steal all types of questions from every corner of the blogosphere. Our promise to you is that we will work hard to find the most interesting and intelligent questions. Cheers to all of us thieves.
1,Has reading a book ever changed your life? Which one and why, if yes?
Certainly the bible and other religiously oriented books have changed me.
2 Do you prefer to read fiction or non fiction.
I like both.
3 If you could be a character in any novel you've read, who would you be?
I do like the Susan Silverman character in the Spenser series novels by Robert Parker.
In the photo to the right, Hawk is shown portrayed by Avery Brooks who was a professor at Rutgers University where I went to school long ago and far away. Great actor.
4 Has reading a book ever made you cry? Yes.
(Which one and why?) Mister God? This is Anna
5 How many books do you read a year?.... very few.
6 Name a book you had to read, but hated. One of the Green Gables series in which the authoress threw away the ending.
Why did you hate it?
It was as though Lucy Maud Montgomery got bored with the story and/or couldn't find a good way to end it.
7 If someone wrote a book about your life what would it be called?
Keep on Keeping On and the theme song would be On and On by Stephen Bishop.
Have you ever written (or started to write) a book?
I have written quite a few because I have been a ghost writer. Have you read any? Probably. Can I list them? No, I can't disclose them as they are written for someone else.
If you could pick a book you've read to make into a movie, what would it be?
It would be 44 Charles Street by Danielle Steele.
What was your favorite book as a child?
There were a few. One was Heidi another was The Land of Green Ginger and finally A Christmas Carol.
What are you reading right now? Nothing right now but looking forward to another book by Dr. Joseph P. Farrell.
I am impressed that you have been a ghost writer. When I was younger, I wanted to write Nancy Drew books and I knew they were package books, written under a fictional name. I would still like to do that. I think it would suit me better than trying to write my own work.
