The weatherman promises hot weather is coming but, today was very cool and rainy.  Still the kids and I got a lot done today and had a great time doing it all too.
As the night goes on (Sunday night) it's getting chillier.

I've been watching old videos of As The World Turns and I didn't know how much I have missed a good soap opera!    Did you ever watch any?  I have been seeing episodes from the 1960's and 70's.  How different life was then.  Not much like today at all.   How I wish we could go back.

Carol Burnett did a take off of this soap on her TV program.  It was called As the Stomach Turns and featured regular characters like Mother Marcus, played by Harvy Korman.   

TV was better then with more laughter and no profanity.   Even programs like Gunsmoke or Mannix kept violence off screen.    You can find them on YouTube or on  TV if you have certain channels.

I even miss the laundry soap commercials that are preferable to the constant drug sales.
