The weather has been nothing short of gorgeous. Tonight the temp is 57°F and in the day only the low 70's. Gorgeous I say! Supposedly the rest of the month will do likewise and I could not be more pleased.

M. Meal plans: I used to make them but now that I am by myself I do whatever moves me at the time.

P. Pet peeves: willing ignorance stemming from a need to have things the way you want them.

Y. Yummy food : Italian and Mexican, but always, always Fried Chicken! My Mom used to make chili con carne and serve it with boilded parley/butter potatoes. I loved that combination. It was perfect.
