Hi Annie: I haven't fed purchased cat or dog food in years. Cosby got ill from a flea med and wouldn't eat his benefil any longer, so Darylynn gave me one she used for Dylan. It has brown rice, chopped cooked chicken, beans, tomatoes and carrots along with cheese and oil and parsley. He's done beautifully on it and never goes to a vet as he's so healthy; The only treats he gets are homemade or pig's ears from a healthy source. I love the new look. HUGS
