The Creek |
after school just as I once did with the Famous Anonymous Kid.
The Little is beginning kindergarten. She is very tiny and young for her age, this cutie with the mass of blonde curls.
It will be an adventure for me to walk alone to the corner--no sidewalks here. We are very rural, very seaside--but I am supposed to walk half an hour twice a day.
It has been 3 months since the spinal surgery and I am moving along nicely I think. Still some pain but, not like it once was!
I leave you with a photo I took at the creek which gets much larger just up ahead and flows right into the bay just up around the corner past those trees.
It is a great place to swim or fish when the beaches are crowded.
Enjoy your day whatever you are doing.
I am so pleased for you, how great that you are feeling better and better after the surgery. :) Soon all the pain will be gone. Enjoy your walks, hug!
ReplyDeleteHi Annie! what a beautiful photo! I hope you enjoy your cosmic handmade graphics. I love them! They are some of my favorites (as you have probably noticed lol). I'm so glad to read that you're moving along nicely in your recovery. That's great! Have a wonderful Tuesday.

Hi Annie; It's been a long time since I've visited here. I've had such a busy summer for the first time in years. It's been both good and bad but mostly good. I put a post online about my summer.
ReplyDeleteSo hard to believe how fast it's flown and schools will be opening here next Tuesday. I'm so glad to hear you are doing well since your surgery. Have a lovely day ahead my friend. Love the photo. Hugs
Good news all around !
ReplyDeleteThe Little will be glad to see you...bubbling about her day...great stuff !Sooo glad you're more mobile with less pain !
This Summer Girl is not pleased to see its end.Winter's approach means more layers to stay warm ,with chilly fingers and toes.It does herald, however, the return of baking...a pasttime missed in 90+ degree days.
Have a wonderful day , my friend !
Love , Katy
Hi Annie, how nice that you will be walking with the Little. What happens when the weather turns cold? Does it snow where you live? We never get snow here. I loved the time at the beach but it is to expensive to live there. I love Cosmic Handmade too and glad she is still around. Have a great week! Hugs
ReplyDeleteHi Annie,
ReplyDeleteThat is great you will be walking the little one to the bus stop. Our schools started here weeks ago. They get out real early and go back real early. I have quite a few sets from Cosmic Handmade. I posted about Billy he does have cancer I am sorry to report I found out this morning. Hugs, Dru
Hi Annie! How nice that you can walk to pick up little curly cutie! That sure is progress, isn't it? I'm sure you are so thankful for little moments like that that you can now enjoy. Ryan began school today. I remember Cosmic Handmade and liked it, too, but I was just going to comment on how much I like your header that you painted yourself! I see my doctor on the 6th so I think I'll be free of the back brace and can start PT. (((Hugz)))
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad to read that your spinal surgery went well, Annie! I hope you continue to heal and feel better. I know your little one is happy to see at the bus stop each day. Isn't is wonderful to be so important to our grandchildren?
