Windy is the word of the day for Thursday and Friday. The wind is barreling through the trees and roaring like a frieght train through the forest. Cupid will be blown off course in gale force winds like these. You would think it was March winds. Remember the old saying March comes in like a lion and goes out like a lamb? I've read that the calendar is off by quite a bit and it has seemed like we get March winds more often in February lately.
If you celebrate Valentine's day I wish you a happy holiday.
I took this video a few years back of a snow storm. It is in the woods behind my house.
I don't think birds will be bathing in this pile of snow on their birdbath.
The front walk is shoveled out...all 30 inches deep of it.
Keep warm, stay happy and don't get blown off course. Steady as she goes friends.
Your snow photos made me shiver but how pretty! The wind does make things feel even colder. We had a lot of rain this week with wind and it would cut right through you. Stay warm and safe. And Happy Valentine's Day.
WOW!! How much snow? My goodness. Wishing you a very Happy Valentines Day my friend...much love to you.
ReplyDeleteThe amount of snow is incredible! We don't see anything quite like that in GA. Happy Valentine's Day, Annie!
