Another week.. another month has flown on by. I am still waiting for September! Time has speeded up considerably. It is not people's imagination and even kids notice it!
But I welcome lovely November.
We had a big storm with plenty of flooding and high winds. Temperatures went into the low 40s°F and leaves are jewel colors and falling . My lawns are covered with oranges, reds and yellows It is a beautiful time of year.
I am joining in for Sunday Stealing.
Welcome to Sunday Stealing. Here we will steal all types of questions from every corner of the blogosphere. Our promise to you is that we will work hard to find the most interesting and intelligent questions. Cheers to all of us thieves!
Maria called these questions "The Monday Morning Meme." Unfortunately she didn't link back and I couldn't find the original blog that posted it. OK, I admit I didn't try very hard, but still I found the questions and am sharing them with you. That counts for something, right?
Monday Morning Meme
1. What was the last thing you laughed at? A Hallmark movie about Halloween. It was a lot of fun!
2. Who among your friends/family "gets" your sense of humor? The Little and only the Little as we are clones in so many ways. No one else does and I can tell by their reactions.
Do you notice how touchy people are today and still fighting decades old ridiculous battles. Where does that come from? One very intelligent mann said it comes from an over inflated sense of self.
3. What jewelry are you wearing at this moment?
None right now, but yesterday I wore my new orange crystal fall leaf drop earrings.
4. If you could offer one bit of etiquette that everyone should follow while dining out, what would it be?
Don't be loud at the table. You make a display of yourself.
5. What's the first thing a guest would notice when they walked through your front door?
First the entrance table and then across my piano. Click the pictures to see them full sized and more clearly if you wish.

Your home looks lovely!! When I answered the question about when I last laughed, I forgot that I watched Hocus Pocus the other day - it always makes me laugh! I'm pretty sure I've laughed a lot of other times since then though!!
ReplyDeleteThe Little sounds wonderful!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the smiles...and yes, I did notice how people are a bit more "touched" aka affected and no longer smile or laugh...it's sad, truly. Wishing you a lovely day, my friend. AND I love your home, smiles.
ReplyDeleteYou have such an inviting home, Annie. Thanks for inviting us inside!
ReplyDeleteI do like these answers, I also like the look of your home
ReplyDeleteThose are very lovely earrings.
ReplyDeleteThey are from Amazon and cost around $9.00 or less. They are clip on rather than pierced.
DeleteWhat a beautiful view as you enter your house! Loved your answers! Have a nice week!

#4 - I agree ! When out for a meal , I want to enjoy the conversation around our table . Lately , the large tables of diners have literally taken over the room , making any verbal exchange with friends impossible ...it ruins the time together...sigh...
ReplyDeleteWoW Annie, your piano setting is so pretty!!! Hope you're doing well. ((hugs))
