Hi everyone!
This is Annie's daughter taking a dictation on my phone at her hospital bedside. Here's Annie. ..
"It hurts more than I thought it would but everyone at the hospital is nice. I have to wear a back brace and I am still not out of bed too often; that is a few days away still. I am on several pain meds making me a loopy. (Annie's daughter's commentary: really, really loopy ;-))
That's all for now". Annie-
This is Holly again ... she's loopy but her sense of humor is coming back. She is improving remarkably well - even getting out of bed a couple of times!
Thanks for all the well-wishes. Annie will be discharged tomorrow and sent to in-patient rehab to finish her recovery. I will keep you posted.
Thanks for posting agaih Holly. Let your Mom know we are thinking or her and hoping for a speedy recovery.

She got her wish for a room with a sea view ! There was a patient in between and Annie was unable to turn to appreciate it much , but there it was ! May all the other prayers for a speedy and thorough recovery be granted as well !
ReplyDeleteHappy to hear about the room with ocean view but sorry about the pain! I hope the loopy pills make her forget all about that part of it! Thanks for keeping us posted and send Annie our love and best wishes!
