Dream Time ~ Have You Ever...

1.   Danced At A Ball?
Yes. Several.     School proms and  a few military balls that were quite formal especially with the men in their dress uniforms.

2.   Flown A Kite?
Yes, as a kid I did . Wasn't all that much fun.

3.   Strolled Hand In Hand Along The Seashore?
Yes. Especially as a teen.

4.   Sat On A Park Bench People Watching?
Well, watching nature. I rarely watch people. I find it intrusive and I don't like that much.

Thank you  Toni!  Back tomorrow with a post for Wednesday.

  1. Loved your answers. I danced at the Holly Ball debutante ball when I was a jr. deb and then a debutante my senior year, and the proms too. Such fun and so "elegant". I love dressing up in formal wear, but don't have any opportunities anymore. I do like to watch people, esp. at the airport. They are very interesting to watch. And I love to stroll hand in hand on the beach with my hubby. That is where we went for our honeymoon 50 years ago... (Aug. 16). Nice to see that Toni did this again. Thank you for sharing it with us.

  2. GrEAt answers.. especislly number 1.. how wonderful to go to militaary balls... sounds so beautiful!! You mentioned yur Irish roots... I am deeply into genealogy and am trying to find where the O'HIggins family hailed from.. We are planning a trip back to Ireland next year, and before we go I thin, I want to do a Ancestry dna test to find oout where... it can be so specific now!! I am fairly certain we came form Northern Ireland which if great I loved NI almost better than the Republic!!! I am also Scottish through several names, primarily Blair and Lindsay!

  3. I think a military ball sounds like fun.
I live so far from a beach, I am landlocked in the middle of the country. If we ever get to go back, we will have to walk hand in hand on the beach. Loved your answers! Have a nice Tuesday!

  4. I believe you are the only one of us to have danced at an actual ball.

The Capulet ball scene in Romeo And Juliet from ballet class recital pales in comparison.

    Congrats!
