After a big snowstorm, the sky is usually bright blue and the sun is strong and clear. Air quality here by the sea is always "exceptional", pure and clean. You can tell the difference when you travel and find air quality less than good. You can't wait to get home again for a clean breath of air.
Bombagenesis was not such a much as far as depth of snow here by the seashore but I am sure that inland they got much more. The media exaggerates every little thing to biblical proportions. It has gotten old in a hurry There is no real news anymore just exaggeration and sensationalism. Be that as it may, here are some photos I took this morning.

We never have snow like that here, but I did live in Canada for a short while so I know what it's like to live in that environment. Fortunately for me, my parents took care of the difficulties and I enjoyed playing in the snow!!
ReplyDeleteOH how gorgeous! I LOVE to see the snow like that, as long as I don't have to drive in it! I don't mind winter if I can enjoy it from my own house and not worry about traveling in it. I do miss playing in the snow, making snow-angels and snowmen and just walking in the fresh fallen snow. Thank you for sharing this with us. I love how quiet it is when there is fresh snow like that. Beautiful!
