Love It or Leave It

Autumn is a lovely time of year for me. I feel better, though pollen is a bit of a problem but the clean, crisp air is  so welcome and so refreshing. I love the chilly daytime temperatures in the low 60's° to 50°s and the 40-30 at night. Good exhilarating weather.   Tonight, Monday, as I write its already 30°F.

 The colors of fall are just beautiful and make me feel
happy. No matter what goes on in my life I just feel good in the autumn.  

I will be sad when Autumn is over.  I wish it lasted a lot longer. I wish the colors stayed on the trees and shrubs longer. I wish the early darkness lasted longer too.  I used to love walking home from work in the dark and seeing the lights reflecting in the streets especially on rainy autumn nights.   I lived catty corner from my work in a lovely little apartment on the main street of my home town. Just me and my kids alone.  The red and green of street lights glowing on the roadway made me feel so happy and warm.    It is quite nice to live in a small town.

Love It or Leave It?

 Welcome to Toni Taddeo's Tuesday 4...

Do you love it or will you leave it? 

1. Coffee flavored or  coffee plain? What is your favorite kind?

I like light, smooth coffee.  

I am more a fan of the powdered Coffee Mate than the coffee but, I do like the flavored coffees.   I have not gotten any Pumpkin spice this year yet and I am a bit sad about that.    Usually when I have plain coffee, I sprinkle in a load of real cinnamon. Not the fake stuff but the real Ceylon Cinnamon.  I don't use sugar at all but I do load up on the creamer!

2. A trip to the Caribbean or a trip to Spain? Why?

I think I would like to visit the Caribbean since I've never been.  Actually, I wouldn't mind a nice trip to Bermuda because it is so close to me though it is in the Atlantic not the Caribbean.  My mother always wanted to see Bermuda and it's pink sand.  Me too!!

3. Goodies on your pizza or just plain?  What toppings would you love or leave?

I like goodies like mushrooms on my pizza.    Please leave off the pepperoni and the pineapple. 

4.   Dinner at a 5 star or dinner at  Rosie's Diner known for home style cooking?  

   Each has their place but I do love the good food at a 5 star. I do not like the price though.   

Still Rosie's Diner late at night is the only place to be.  Did you  know that New Jersey has more diners than any other state in the Union?   They usually have wonderful coffee made in those big Bunn coffee makers.

Also diners have great pancakes and waffles as well as wonderful pizza fries!  That's French fries covered in melted mozzarella cheese and spaghetti save. Oh baby....

I am already workingon Tuesday 4 and a new life...  Film at 11 .
