Clutter is Making You Sick

Yes, in your own home, clutter is making you sick with so many health problems. The answer is an uncluttered, stress free home says this lady.
I found this video that is well researched and straight to the point.  People in cluttered homes are not nearly as healthy as those whose homes are organized and free of excess "stuff".    Hmm.. lots to think of here but each must do their own thing.

  1. That's all well and good, but I think a bare home with no memories and reminders of special people in our lives would be very sad. I'll take my "stuff" over a cold and bare house any day. True, there are many things I could get rid of and probably should, but the things that make me happy are the things that remind me of dear people who walked this earth before us and are now in their heavenly home waiting for us. Every "thing" has a story to tell about someone who once lived and breathed and made many sacrifices for their family. It's just a small way to honor their memory and tell their story to the next generation. So, to each his own.

  2. I agree with the Video.. to each their own and she says that first thing in the video. It's not for everyone. I hate clutter. It makes me feel awful. I feel it looks dirty in a house , rarely does everything get dusted, I sneeze a lot in cluttered homes with junk all over the floors, and every nook and cranny filled to over flowing. I love memories and keep things that were relations, i have lots of photos but, nothing is cluttered to over flowing. Again, this is not twisting anyone's arm but i notice it does produce such strong feelings and that makes me wonder why.
