It's March and it might be nice to talk a bit about it.
1. March comes in like a lamb and goes out like a lion. How has it made it's debut in your area?
It was cold, especially at night.. down into the 20s.
It was blustery for a few days we even had a big gale complete with small craft warnings flying. It will be interesting to see how the rest of March goes.
2. Is St Patrick's Day something you observe?
Only for the food.
3. Do you observe Easter?
Well I don't do the candy/eggs stuff .
4. What will those holidays see you doing this year?
I hope I will be relaxing. St Pat's might see me cooking.. not sure yet. Holidays are days off and always a good time to have people over for dinner and fun.
Ours is more like a lamb, but I don't imagine it will stay that way.
ReplyDeleteFirst it was a lion, now it's a lamb but with rain. Spring is always kinda unpredictable in our 'hood.
ReplyDeleteBlessings.
We are just thankful that we have not had any severe weather like they have seen in parts of the country...tornadoes, blizzards, severe winds. I will take our back and forth chilly/rainy/windy/sunny/warm/muggy/chilly/foggy days any time. The time of resurrection is near! Hallelujah! Christ is Risen from the dead!
ReplyDeleteThe weather has been good here. Not to cold and just enough rain now to make things green. We still do eggs for the kids. Tradition.
ReplyDeleteOur weather is colder than the norm by at least 7 degrees but at least the sun and blue skies showed up again. Happy St. Pat's and Happy Easter to you and your family.
ReplyDeleteEnjoyed your answers. I sometimes do "st pattys" food, but not always. I love it but not everyone else does so it's hit or miss.
