The tropical heat wave broke tonight early and temperatures went down fast into the 60's from high 90's yesterday. By 11:00 tonight a misty rain was falling. Tomorrow, Friday, promises to be much cooler with a high of only 72°F and night times in the low 60s. To me, that is perfect weather. But I did enjoy the heat as well. I have said before that I got fed up with the whining about the weather from myself and others. I was fed up with wishing the seasons away. I saw it for what it is: wishing time and life away and I decided it is a very bad thing. Blooming where you are planted is very important.
Whoever you are, wherever you are, however you are, strive to be better but never neglect to bloom as full and as bright as you can in every situation.
Skywatch Friday is a great way to see all parts of the world and lovely photographs from all kinds of people. Here are my photos for this week all taken in my own neighborhood: If you click on them you will see them larger sized.
The art of being happy is to be satisfied with what you have.
