Welcome friends,
1. Our November Hodgepodges always include a question related to gratitude. What is one small thing you're grateful for today?
The weather is very nice, sunny with a high of 50°F.
2. Chrysanthemums-pansies-burning bush-ornamental cabbage-camellias...your favorite in an autumn garden? Would we find any of these in your yard/garden this year?
Growing up our house had a fire thorn growing up the side and it was spectaculr in autumn. Chrysanthemum is my birthday flower and I love the football size ones. Their colors are so lovely. I also love to see sugar maples and Japanese maples in autumn in the garden. In my back garden I have a ton of moss. Some remains green, some turns a bit yellow and a lot turns orange. I think it's very pretty.
3. If you could clear out or organize one physical space or mental habit before the year ends, what would it be?
The back bedroom. It was fixed up but has since become a storage room and I despise how it looks.
4. Brussel sprouts...love 'em or no thank you? If you said love 'em how do you like them prepared?
Love them! I like them any way they come. They are nice roasted with butter though.
5. It's reassuring to know that
I don't know. There are many things to say but I can't really put any of them into words.
6. Insert your own random thought here.
