In another month the marshes will begin to turn golden but everything else will stay the same until the bay freezes over, if it gets cold enough, that is.

ReplyDeleteI just love the 'little' floating, smiles. Thank you for the lovely photos...I noticed while driving to school early yesterday morning, that the sumac was turning yellow and there are little hints of color everywhere, smiles.

So peaceful and beautiful. I love the floating scene too...I guess you don't worry about alligators and water moccasins up there. That is a blessing. Enjoy your late summer/early autumn. And pray for Dorian to go away!
ReplyDeleteHi Pam, nope. No water moccasins or alligators unless someone wanted to plop them into the creek. It's crystal clear cedar water flowing through the pine barrens. The open bay is a block up ahead.
