I buy imported Italian brand canned tomatoes as they are extremely low in sodium... 25mg as opposed to the USA brands that are 400mg or more. I also only buy Rienzi canned beans (kidney, garbanzo, lentil, black) because they are also extremely low on sodium. American made foods contain dangerous levels of sodium.

That is awesome you do not mind public speaking. It makes me feel sick when I have to do it. Loved your answers! Have a nice day!

Birds really are rather dirty/messy things. I used to keep parakeets. I loved their colors and singing, but hated cleaning up the mess that they always seemed to manage to fling several feet out around the cage no matter what fancy cage I tried that promised to stop that. I like seeing the seagulls when at the shore, but learned my lesson about feeding them. They get too excited and then poo everywhere...not a good thing when they are in the air above you! I always call them the rats of the sky.
ReplyDeleteinteresting your comment about birds, since you have flying seagulls on your page!
ReplyDeletehaha! Yup and tons of seagulls were I live too. I love birds, but not the mess. T
DeleteThe good things about your flying seagulls here , would be that they do not "drop their regards" on the page , nor nag for French Fries , when one is snacking in the car !
ReplyDeleteI enjoy public speaking , too . The trick to it was to remind myself that what needed to be said was more important than how I felt about saying it !!
Have a wonderful day !
