Summer has only 41 more days left. Make the most of it if you aren't too oppressed by the heat most are having. I must say it has not been that bad here though we need rain. In spring we had a lot more rain than usual which made things jungle like. Now things are a bit
dry. Whatever your weather I hope you are enjoying the season. There are always ways to enjoy things. Ice Cream comes to my mind... and I have been craving some for a while now. I grew fond of vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce, marshmallow topping and peanuts a long time ago. Ever have that one called a CMP in Pennsylvania or do you have one you especially like?

ReplyDeleteYour pictures are so lovely, and yes, we have been craving ice cream lately, so we bought some Klondike bars. They are a different and delightful treat for a change. Yes, it has been hot and dry here as well, although we just had a quick shower pass through. Our pond is retreating badly. I hope we get more rain in September to help bring it back up where it belongs. Love your pictures. Sorry I haven't been around much this week. I missed the Tuesday 4, but I haven't been doing much reading of books lately anyway. Not sure why I kind of lost my reading drive. I hope it comes back sometime. Maybe when winter gets here and those long winter nights. LOL. Have a blessed weekend.
