Anyway, Happy Columbus Day despite nonsense spread about him and his mainly Jewish crew. 1492 was the year of the Inquisition and many Jews converted to Catholicism and volunteered as seamen with Columbus to search the world.

How interesting! I never knew that about the Jewish sailors! Happy Columbus Day (a day late). I always loved hearing about Christopher Columbus and that amazing trip!
