Blog is short for Weblog, a log or diary on the World Wide Web or internet. Your journal or diary can hold personal stories, ideas, opinions of all kinds and can be private or public as you wish. It is an excellant way to document your life or interests.
1. Why did you begin blogging? Way back in August 2003 I began a blog because a jourrnalist friend of mine began one. I fell in love with html and designing with it.
2. What benefits does blogging offer you?
The lovely people who also blog... they are the best part of it all.
3. Have you made friends from blogging?
Yes! So many great bloggers! I enjoy reading about their lives and ideas too.
4. Where do you get ideas for things you blog about? Do other bloggers influence you?
I get ideas from how I feel on any given day and yes, I get ideas from other bloggers all the time.
The hardest though is coming up with subjects for Tuesday 4.. that's not easy. Conversations with people also bring up subjects that are interesting for blogging too.

ReplyDeleteI always enjoy your posts and especially your own art work. That header you have today is the one you re-created for me, with the little house by the church along the shore. I have printed a copy of it and have it near my desk! I love the personal touches we all share between us as we spend this time together. You have done a wonderful job with the Tuesday 4, and I know Toni would be so glad to see it going forward. Thank you!!!

I agree that one of the best things about blogging is getting to know others through their blogs. It's been lovely getting to know you. Thank you for all you do to keep the meme going. I didn't know Toni and I never knew of her meme until shortly before she passed. You're a good friend to keep things going in her honour.
