A cold week has flown by amazingly fast.
I spent much of it studying the real history of King Arthur, Artorius Rex in Wales in the dark ages.
I am up too late tonight hearing a lecture and studying. I am very sleepy but, this is too good.
For
Friday Photos and
Skywatch Friday.

apple pie for dessert ??
What a beautiful tablecloth...lucky guests !
Love your outdoor photos as always...and the table setting is lovely. Love those square plates. I would love to see a closer view of the "Hummels". My grandmother had several of those. I loved them. So realistic. I love the eventide lamplight...Do I see a little "doll" kneeling over a chair and crying (or praying?). I would love to see that up close too...Is it a backwards doll that you made? I had one of those once, a little boy standing in a corner. He looked so real it made several people jump when they came in the room. Now, for your kitchen, please tell us what has changed a bit. I love it. I love your island cart especially. Your kitchen looks bright and cheery. Thank you for these photos today. I love looking into your home, like peeking through the windows into a lovely "doll house" and I wish I could come inside and visit. Have a blessed day all day long.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful...I loveeeeeeeeeeeee your home, Annie. smiles. P.S. I have a Hummel, smiles. One lonely Hummel, lol. P.S Going to say it again, loveeeeeeeeeeeeee the seagulls flying around, smiles.
ReplyDeleteWhat you see is a stuffed doll about 2 year old size made to be seen from the back only. She wears a dress, bonnet and real little shoes, She is hiding her face in her arms because she was naughty. They were very popular at one time. They lean on chairs, stand on sofas, etc. Very cute. The cart from the kitchen is gone now, given to the famous anonymous for her room where she keeps some goodies on and in it. The curtains are changed too.
ReplyDeleteLove your outdoor photos. #3 (with the tree silhouettes) is a favorite. Really stunning!
