Things About Me

Peepers are tiny frogs no bigger than a thumb nail but loud as can be! It is amazing how loud they are. They sound like little birds peeping at high decibels.   They love the rain, ponds, swamps, any water and since am surrounded by water they are here in the millions in spring.  They are the Spring harbinger.
I am joining in with Sunday Stealing  by Bev Sykes. This week she does not know where she stole these questions from.   Wherever they come from, thanks Bev!

Welcome to Sunday Stealing. This feature originated and published on WTIT: The Blog. Here we will steal all types of questions from every corner of the blogosphere. Our promise to you is that we will work hard to find the most interesting and intelligent questions. Cheers to all of us thieves!

  1. This was very interesting, Annie. I learned some new things about you that I didn't know before. I agree with the majority of your 10 little things that make you happy. I probably would not have included the "doing my nails", as my nails are something I probably don't spend enough time on. I've never had a professional manicure. My nails do not grow very far. I keep them clean and even, but rarely have ever painted them. Oh, I was surprised to hear that you are 5'6" tall. Somehow I have pictured you much more petite than that! I am now almost 5'7", but probably not exactly. I used to always say I was 5'8", but I have lost some height over the years due to back surgeries and narrowing of the discs, as I am sure you also understand with your back issues. But I think "shrinking" comes with age. I enjoyed reading your responses. This was interesting!

  2. I was pregnant twice with twins too, but the first set died during pregnancy. So I was very happy with the girls.
Living by the shore is such a delight.
It's nice to get to know you a little more.

    Have a good weekend.

  3. Wow, two sets of twins! Natural or from fertility pills? I had to take fertility meds when I was going through infertility. I think you mentioned you have lost a child? I enjoyed getting to know you better! I like pancakes too, but don't get to eat them often. Have a great week!

  4. Loved your answers. I love many of the intangible yet wondrous items you shoes. If I had pondered longer I think I would have added sitting by the water as well. Just listening to moving charges my inner being!

  5. I enjoyed learning some more about you today, Ann. For a trait that's such a small percent of the population, we seem to have quite a few green-eyed ladies among us! I envy you being so near the sea. I would love that. The eastern shore is my happy place.
